Bought it as soon as I saw the full version was finally available, and already played for a few hours. For the record, I'm no longer a big fan of FPS games these days, but I'm having fun with DUSK. It's not flawless, but it's pretty damn close to the look and feel of those classic early 3D FPS games. Also comes with a range of settings to customize the visuals and some of the gameplay elements.
Something which may be relevant to people here: As far as I can tell it is DRM-free. I tried to launch the executable directly from the game folder, and it didn't launch Steam. It's even one of those rare cases where the save files are located in the game directory, so it should be quite easily portable, if you'd like to move it to a different PC/Laptop, or need to back up your game folder.
Furthermore, the game folder also includes some nice goodies, such as early dev versions, some wallpapers etc.
And if you like the rocking soundtrack, you can buy a full copy right here, for some 10 bucks:

One more thing, if you feel confident in your FPS skills, I'd recommend that you crank up the difficulty level. I set it to 3 out of 5, and so far it has been fairly easy.
Anyhow, so far it feels like a good investment -- DUSK is pretty much what I'd call "good old gaming".
