Is there a way to set a default name in Dungeon Hack?

Is there a file that can be edited so Dungeon Hack always uses a default name?

Is there really no way to permanently set the character name in Dungeon Hack?

I haven't played DH, so take this with a grain of salt, but according to this:

you can name your character during the character creation process.

Quote: "Before playing, personalize the game with a portrait, heroic name, and a short history for your stalwart traveler. Select one of the available portraits to represent your character, then type in the name of your choice."

I know the game manually asks for the character name every time, but I was hoping there was some way to set a default name. That way when you start a new game the name is already set.
