Haven't played the games yet and I don't even know whether they are RPGs but your drawing instantly made me think of Time Gentlemen, Please! or Ben There, Dan That!.

I think I played the game but can't remember the name. I guess it's either Wizardry 8 or one of the Might and Magic games.
