Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is working beautifully on Windows 7 by adding the "-force -d3d11" argument to the shortcut.

"Metal Slug Tactics" (v1.0.1i_gog) works out-of-the-box on Windows 7.

Hob runs fine on a Win7 machine.

Songs of Silence is OK with Windows 7

Crown of Pain runs fine on Windows 7.

Tested with version 1.0.4c.

I made this slightly uninformed post a few months ago, stating that Noreya: The Gold Project doesn't work on Windows 7 due to requiring functions only available in more modern versions of Windows. If I had been more informed, I could have instead delivered the following message:

1.0.0 of Noreya: The Gold Project functions on windows 7 by enabling VxKex on the games .exe file.

I ended up refunding this game previously because it didn't work, when I should have retained it, as now I have more knowledge and use Linux, which this game supports. At least some good came of my stupidity, as some mouldy old flash-drive I forgot about had the 1.0.0 installer on it. On my honour, now that this knowledge has come to light, and a moments testing done, every trace of the game has been removed. I'll have to buy it sometime again and update this entry.

I wonder why Dungeon Of The Endless always freezes at the first screen then crashes for me, and Grim Nights gives the error "The program can't start because MSVCP140D.dll is missing from your computer."

Do you have the required Visual C++ package installed?

Thought I searched out and tried installing that package twice now.
