Enclave doesn't show that it supports cloud saving on its page, but on Steam it does - does that mean that even with Galaxy it won't keep the saves?

I haven't used Galaxy, but I thought it added in Cloud saving for many games that were unavailable, so I was wondering whether some games weren't updated, or if some games still don't have it.

not all games on Steam have cloudsaves as well. it is the same here as there, the developers need to implement it and make it active for it to work. On steam they can do it themselves, but I belive that they need to tell the gOg staff to implement it on gOg as they do not have the same access to the backend here

Cloud saving on GOG is a Galaxy-exclusive feature. If the storepage doesn't indicate support, it doesn't have it. Same with Steam, which also has games that don't support cloud saving.
