No .exe or .com though.
One can put everything as if it were the original (Graphics, Audio, Voices) but it does not come with the original game separately.

I know that it allows you to switch in game graphics to be the old one like halo did on Xbox. pretty neat feature if you ask me.

Strictly speaking the answer is no.

ScummVM is not the original game, it is 99% accurate reverse-engineered reimplementation, but not the original.
