octalot: Have you looked at Xeshra's system specs? Maybe they need to check that they're not running a second copy of Cyberpunk in the background, but otherwise free RAM is unlikely to be the problem.
Reading specs feels like reading Greek, unless you look every part up you don't know what it means anymore with all the names and numbers.

Though the 64Gb ram i'd agree with you. Still depends on what else is in the background. Anymore i have Process Explorer running with information boxes saying CPU and Ram amounts since i tend to use a ramdrive and have heavy usage on CPU/Ram in the background. Encoding with AV1 uses like 5-8Gb per process depending on resolution i'm encoding, so it doesn't take much to eat most of my 32Gb memory.

rtcvb32: And Cyberpunk wants 12-16Gb for itself, so check your resources are enough before starting it.

Funny comment! Nah, main RAM surely is not any issue, i would probably be more than safe just using half that RAM even. However, the GPU VRAM is another story, and the newest Cyperpunk is leeching the VRAM like mad... 16,8 GB i was able to measure at highest settings. But not even the VRAM is a issue, because my GPU got 24 GB of it and there is still VRAM left

The issue, as i already told, is already solved. it was some weird bug or glitch related to the standard RT settings; i had to use custom settings and now it works fine. I even had to delete the Setting file, else the game will crash on startup, after that is done... change the ingame settings, else the crash will happen on every fresh start.

It is clearly a bug happening on some systems or some versions of Cyberpunk... i hope they are fixing it soon.

Besides, weird enough, at the current time Cyberpunk is only using about 6 GB VRAM, at max settings. It looks to me that the "old RT" settings was bugged and leeching the VRAM "dry" nonstop. With the correct "RT settings" it is not even a VRAM-hog anymore. Weird story for sure but Cyberpunk is well known to have many bugs.
