Howdy all, I haven't used GOG much but did get Cyberpunk 2077 awhile ago (2ish years ago) and it's not in my library anymore after changing my name from my old username, and i have already searched the common ways to fix it with things like refreshing my account, app and full reinstlaling etc.. I emailed supported haven't heard back, just would like to play my game CyberPunk 2077and i don't have it anymore.

Just to make sure: you have bought it here on GOG, right?

Not on one of these fancy key-selling sites, that sell you new games for a fraction of their full price?

Because that's usually the problem with "1 game accounts", which are missing a game that got bought, while the missing game was still available at full price.
Only they almost never got bought here on GOG, and definitely not at full price.
