Support are generally very good, that is one big positive you can say about GOG. In terms of thanking them, you can direct chat and you should also get an email asking how it went.

Shout out to Rokky who helped me a while back removing some games from my inventory.
Every experience I've had with GOG support has been superb. They're friendly, helpful and they go above and beyond. One issue I had literally was 100% on my end yet they still continued to try to help me figure SOMETHING out to solve the issue.
