It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

rtcvb32: I certainly don't have scripts confirming everything is correct after download and double checks the version matches;
It was a while before I added that feature too, so I may even have some mismatched backup files. I probably should check, but boy what a lot of work. At least, it would predate me using gogrepo.py and then gogcli.exe, as they would have also given MD5 errors. My check is file name based only, matching what exists in the manifest, as my GUI automatically re-downloads the checksum value(s) if a filename has changed. So I rely on a notification only since I implemented that check.

If the filename hadn't been changed for a changed file, then yes I would still get an MD5 error recorded and reported.
