EDIT: The list below is not true anymore!!! They dropped support for consoles.
Ask the developers! This is only the shop selling games.
Supported:
Windows
PlayStation 4
Xbox One
iOS
Remember that GOG only sells games for PC so you will need to look elsewhere for the other versions, I presume in the respectie platforms's own shop.

Update: when transferring your account from consoles to GOG you can now overwrite your current GOG progress! The transfer website has been updated to reflect this.
