Apologies if this has been already replied/stated somewhere else (did not find any results with community wishlist), but is there a way to know how the negotiations of the games wishlisted in the community wishlist are going or there's any notice somewhere saying that certain ones will not make it here for whatever reason?

GOG isn't usually (to be read: "not at all") forthcoming with these kind of details, neither for games they are currently negotiating for nor for those where proceedings are stuck. If you're looking to find out if there's been any hint that a game will be coming to GOG, you best bet is to search this thread for any mentions of it.
