Hello,
I just had the registery error, tried to create registry manually and it did not worked.
On the other hand, I went to
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Close Combat 5
where you can find all .exe and runned as administrator the "regs.cmd". It updated all registries entries and now the game is running. If you run it without administrator privileges it doesn't work.

Indeed in some cases the reg entry could not be present but the game could run. As it's been said before, into the game folder there is a reg batch file where you can even edit the resolution and apply the respective registry entry.

In fact I had the previous A Bridge too Far running relatively fine. But without the reg entry applied for any reason. The game has also a batch file inside the game folder. Running it in admin mode it should add the entry. It also let me to run the game at my desktop resolution (1366x768). The max res ingame without using the batch file was 1024x768
