Hi - I just purchased Hacknet - how do I claim my free rebel galaxy

Check your email. There should be a code and a link to redeem the game within the email. GOG has said it could take a few hours after the first game purchase to receive, though some have stated they got it quicker than that.

In addition to what Stryder2931 said, if you didn't get it it in your inbox for a few hours, maybe check out your spam/junk folder/mailbox just in case it arrived in there.

I purchased 8hrs ago and still nothing. I have checked Spam folder as well

I got my key within minutes.
Maybe there is still a problem with the backlog of keys.
Alternatively check whether this is the mail account registered with GOG.
Hope you will get your key soon.

So i bought and received a game the day before yesterday, but still haven't received any mail with a code for Rebel Galaxy. Should I wait since the support page still says: "FREE REBEL GALAXY: IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET, PLEASE BE PATIENT - THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN GRANTING THESE FREE GAMES." or should i submit a support ticket?
