Would like to thank the Support team, especially Ashley that helped me regarding a rather unusual problem regarding my account and what happened with it.

Not to bring you down, but the staff rarely, if ever, read the forum. You're better off filing a support ticket (under "other issues" and then the problem type being "kudos/positive feedback") to ensure they actually see it. You'll likely only get snarky responses from forum members here.
