como arrumo minha chave serial para joga multiplayers não conseguir pega ela pelo site até por que não está disponivel la

Using a web browser, go to your library and click the game. Then click the "More" menu and select "Serial keys" there.
Sometimes, games prompt you for a serial key but don't actually need one. Try simply pressing Enter and see if you can continue. If you do need a key, open a support ticket. Tell the chatbot the issue is of type "other" twice to skip to that step.
