This may be a technicality, but what you are describing and showing an image of is in fact a spammer, not a scammer. Admittedly, a spammer may or may not be a scammer as well, but you have not documented any scam, only spam.

I just got spammed by this asshole also. I hate spam. GOG needs to do something about this ASAP, I don't care what it is so long as it isn't forcing legitimate customers to type in a recaptcha every 15 seconds.

I get hundreds of spam per day in email and have extensive spam filtering set up so that I don't ever have to see that. Not possible client side with GOG, so this is entirely on GOG to fix and to fix fast. If GOG spam becomes the new norm here, I'll bail.
