Im changing my PC, i purchased the witcher 3 but its not linked to my account, how would i be able to install it again with no proof??

If you purchased the Witcher 3 from a legitimate retailer, it'll be on the account that you purchased it on. If your main account was Spider100, then you'd log into that and access your game on the new computer there.

If you bought a physical copy, that's a different story indeed.
