I seem to not be able to redeem DUSK with GOG Connect. It says the game isn't found in my Steam library. However, it is and my Steam is set to public, so this isn't the issue.

I've checked the past days but nothing changes.

Does anyone know what is happening? Can GOG support help me with this
I have the exact same problem. Perhaps it's because you bought it in early access before a certain date, where the game was automatically upgraded to the deluxe edition at a later date?
Note if you just set your profile to public, it takes awhlie for gog's api to catch up to your information. Just wait a fwe hours and try again

As long as the game is in your steam library, gog connect doesnt care if you bought it 5 yeras ago, or 5 minutes ago.

Same here, GoG Connect does not find DUSK although my steam profile is set to public.
Any tips, besides waiting and trying again?
I have the same problem with Age of Wonders: Planetfall. My Steam profile is, and has been set to public, but it says no games found.
I wish I knew what was happening because GOG Connect claims I don't own Age of Wonders: Planetfall, whereas I definitely own it on Steam. Yes, my profile is public and GOG Connect has worked in the past for me, so this is very strange.
Oh I thought I was the only one. I have this issue as well. It used to work no problem, but after the last GOG connect (some months ago) GOG Connect couldn't see that I owned Convoy in Steam even though I did.

Now, I also can't claim DUSK even though I've owned it on steam for quite some time. Odd indeed.
If you already have the game(s) downloaded/installed on Steam, play them for a small amount of time. Wait a little while then go back to the Connect page and see if they become available to redeem. Alternately, if you don't have them installed, at least try initiating the install and then either let it finish and run the game or pause any of them that are active and wait it out then go to the Connect page and see if they're able to be redeemed. If not, hit the refresh button and see if that doesn't get them to become available.

GOG Connect does care about that, if you redeem something right now, it can take hours, or even a day, before the refresh successfully recognizes the game.

But early access games and beta versions can be a problem otherwise too. There are some games on Steam, which are basically the same game, but have different IDs in the system. Hypothetically, Game X could have a different ID for beta version and final version, even if the game files are the same for both.

Whether that is the case with these games, I can't tell, as I don't have any of them.

My profile has been set to public for a couple of years now. I didn't just change it to the public settings. Something is up from GOG's end resulting in it not finding the game.

Oh that is weird. I took your advice and did that. I played Dusk for about 30 seconds, exited the game and then tried claiming it on GOG Connect and then it showed up as being redeemable. I suggest if anyone else is having issues claiming their games to try this as well.

Thanks for the Tip!
