Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.

Get it from Microsoft of see if Windows Update has it.

You know you can play Witcher 3 without Galaxy?

When logged into GOG in browser, click "ACCOUNT" at top of page.
That'll take you to a list of all games you have here.
Click TW3 & you'll see a few files such as "....part 1 of ?".

Download those, once all downloaded, run the installer.
You don't need galaxy at all, plus it's in beta anyway.

Welcome to GOG, Smiley420. Buying Witcher 3 was a good decision - it's been my favourite game since I first played it. We're happy to help you get it working, because it would be a terrible shame for you not to be able to play.

If I understand you correctly, you're trying to download the game through Galaxy, but you can't because Galaxy doesn't run for you. If that's the case then your options either are to download the game directly from the site and install it without using Galaxy; or to fix Galaxy so that you don't have this problem any more.

Kleetus is right about the basic problem - Galaxy depends on a certain Visual Studio runtime file that, for whatever reason, didn't get installed when you installed Galaxy. almabrds's link contains suggestions that should allow you to sort it out. If you have any trouble then feel free to ask more questions here or in that thread.

By the way, what operating system are you using?

Cool. It's always good to write down your steps as you go, so if you break something else accidentally, you can undo that later. Just a general troubleshooting advice. If you mark down exactly what you do as you do it, then you don't have to worry about "Wait, why did THIS break now?!" as much. Also, copying backups of files before replacing anything is a far better solution than flying by the seat of your pants (which is also a common malpractice when troubleshooting). Just useful hints for the next problem you run into, be it a game on your PC or something else broken in your everyday life, or something needing fixed at your job.

ETA: there usually aren't many steps in fixing a missing .dll problem, be it reinstalling the redistributable or downloading a working .dll from a website (never recommended either by the way) so if this was a complicated fix for you, good luck.
