Every time i try to buy a game it says "something went wrong".When this happened on my last pc i couldn't buy anymore games, and when i brought my new pc it happened again after the 5th game i brought. There's nothing wrong with my card or bank, and im worried i won't be able to buy anymore games from here once again which would be ashame since Gog has some older games that can only be brought here, and all the older games i brought from here works perfect with no patches and drm-free.Its also disappointing to miss game sales due to this issue.Any help or suggestions proven to work would be very appreciated.

I have this problem once, when I co tacted support it due to the change in IP or I made a mistake with my credit card number, try to wait 24 hours without trying, or use another pay method like PayPal. If the problem continue try to contact GOG Support and try again!!!

Are you using a real credit card or one of those virtual ones?
I ask this because I sometimes make purchases using a virtual card. And the card's credit limit sometimes must be slightly higher than the value of the purchases (i.e.: if the total price is 45,5$ and the card limit is 50$ sometimes I get an error message because the virtual card won't recognize enough credit - probably because of international tax fees or something).

Like the other poster suggested, you can try using alternate payment methods like Paypal. That's what I do when the first method doesn't work.
First step: clear all site related cookies.

I have had some problems here and elsewhere too where login or buying didn't go as planned, and if the problem was at my end, it was some cookie-related issue.

I don't know if your bank has that option available (most banks in Europe do) but have you considered creating a virtual/temporary credit card just to buy those games?
At least you'd be sure not to lose this promotion while waiting to see what's wrong with your original card payment.

Well, my bank has an android app which allows one to create a temporary card based on the account. This creates a virtual credit card (with serial number, CC code, etc) which only carries the specific ammount of money we decide to put in there (sort of an "electronic wallet").
Many people - me included - use such cards specifically for online purchases. So that, in case of fraud or hacking, only the virtual card (and the money associated with it) is compromised and the main account remains secure.

Again, I know most banks in Europe accept this. But I don't know if it's similar with american banks.
If none of these methods work i will sadly have to call it quits with gog again which would really suck. Its a major headache trying to simply buy games, and its a big problem when a gamer wants to give you money and buy from you,but cant do it.I appreciate all the strangers trying to help me,and i hope none of you run into this issue i have with gog,and they really need to fix it because gog is the only launcher i ever had this problem with.

Have you thought of contacting your bank or card provider, and seeing if the transaction is being rejected or blocked by them ?. Maybe the fact that GOG is based in Poland could be raising a red flag to your bank or card provider ?. Check with them and see if the issue lies with them...
Since PayPal isn't working either, are you using any script blockers, ad blockers, etc.? Try deactivating those, clear cache and try again.
Or try a different browser.
