I recently bought SWAT4 and Soldier of Fortune platinum edition but neither game can be installed from my Library and will not appear in my owned games folder. My one other purchase Warhammer: Mark of Chaos is there and did install, It is the only game I can play through GoG.

May want to double check your Order page to ensure the transactions went through.

When you say "installed from my Library", do you mean installation through GOG Galaxy?

Also, when you say "owned games folder", do you mean the location you tried to install the game on your PC?

The receipt looks like the previous one so as far as I can tell it went through. What other library would it be from that I bought from GoG? The owned games folder is the only folder under my games tab in GoG.

I think of Library as "containing" my owned list of games, hence why I was a bit confused by that sentence, since I've never heard anyone call the Library an "owned games folder" before. :)

If it doesnt show up in your library, there is a link that helps refresh your account I believe. I'll see if I can find it. If may be stickied on the general forums as well. if may also be in the GOG support section.
.
Edit:
Here's one post with the link. https://www.gog.com/forum/general/how_to_refresh_account

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/gog_shelf_missing_games_until_page_refresh Another one that seemed to have the exact problems you're having.

In Galaxy the button is actually labeled "owned games".

I can only assume that the OP has an additional filter active.

@OP
Try to download the offline installers from this webpage.
Hover the mouse over your profile name on top of this page, then select "games"
All your games should show there.

If they don't, you need to contact support.

But if they do, you can download the installers there and install the games manually without Galaxy, if you want it (they will work with Galaxy, it's just a different installation method).
But You can completely bypass Galaxy anyway. All games also work without it.

Thanks for the info, I don't use Galaxy to install, instead I use it for faster offline downloading of files. Seems to be way faster than me doing in manually and it fixed a few of my corrupted .bin file issues later when I tried to install a few games.

It's also why I was asking the OP if they used Galaxy. =P

Okay that worked. Don't know why it wasn't like that yesterday but it worked.

If you can post which worked for you, it would benefit other users facing the same problem in the future. Be it Galaxy or offline installers. :)

Also, glad to see that everything is fine now for you. :)

I download my offlineinstallers using gogrepoc on a linux server, wrote a few shell scripts for the most common tasks.

... and go :)

But yes, using Galaxy instead of the webpage is much more convenient. In the past we had a GogDownloader and a according link on the web page, that would download the installers but that one was scrapped once Galaxy had the same function. That was a sad day and a lot of people ranted about it. Luckily the scripts do a good job, so Galaxy is not needed.
