Hi Guys,

I'm new to gaming after decades. I was sega boy. I'm also quite creative. I like adventure games with great music, graphics and ganmeplay. Easy gameplay. I'm jus starting back out from scratch.

But I stick to adventure games. Any recomendations?

If you like ghosts and mystery(point and click) get the Blackwell Games, and see if you can run them in Mac first of course.
In terms of game genre, Hollow Knight is a platformer or metroidvania, not an adventure game. So it's not quite clear what you're after. It's also not particularly easy in terms of difficulty; perhaps you're referring to simplicity of controls? But if you don't already have Hollow Knight, then yes, it's a very good metroidvania-type game. Another good one along those lines is Dust.
I'm guessing from the mention that you want metroidvanias rather than adventure games. The Messenger is supposed to be great, but I've not played it yet.

If you actually want adventure games I recommend the Deponia series.
Like others have said, the term "adventure game" is seldom used for games like Hollow Knight and more often associated with point and click games in which you solve puzzles in order to advance a linear story, mostly without any jumping, running and fighting (like the Blackwell or Deponia series mentioned above). If you're looking for (side-)scrolling platformers or action games with nice graphic style, music and story-telling you might enjoy these games (GOG even labeled some of them Adventure, because GOG is using misleading genre labels as well ;) ):

Aquaria
Dust: An Elysian Tail
Valdis Story: Abyssal City
Owlboy
SteamWorld Dig
SteamWorld Dig 2
Trine
Trine 2
Bastion
Waking Mars
Stick it to the Man!
Forgotton Anne

(There are others I can think of, but sadly they don't run natively on Mac - like the mentioned The Messenger - or are not sold on GOG.)
