I've played through Eye of the Beholder once and I'm about to do so again. But I've got a few concerns about some apparent bugs: one I seem have noticed myself on my single last playthrough about seven years ago and another I read about on GameBanshee's EOB1 game guide.
When I was playing Eye of the Beholder myself, I was able to use the Dwarven Cleric to raise one of the piles of bones I discovered into an NPC. You're supposed to be able to do this with all dead NPCs in the game (and maybe any other dead characters). However, the cleric was only able to do this once in the entire game. All sources I've seen, including the official clue book, agree that he needs a recovery period after resurrecting someone before he can do any more healing. However, in my case, the cleric never recovered no matter how long I waited. I came back after Level 11, having done a thorough exploration and he still said he needed time to recover. This clearly seems to be a bug. Has anyone else encountered this? Was it because my party was already full, perhaps?
The apparent bug reported by GameBanshee can be seen here:

The question is about the four missing rings dropped by the mantis warriors resulting from the Secret Quest. I know some people have gotten the rings but others not. (On my sole playthrough, I didn't have any kenku eggs left when I reached Level 10, so I had to skip this Secret Quest.)
Someone on the Forgotten Realms games here on GOG forums pointed to two videos of the battle with the four mantis warriors involved in the Level 10 secret quest. The first showed the rings dropping and the second showed no rings dropping:

The other poster (stryx) had no idea why they sometimes drop and sometimes not. The videos didn't clarify. If someone else has any ideas on this I'd like to know.
Thanks.
