FrodoBaggins: And even after I repeatedly said it's not a browser issue, browsers are irrelevant to how you view a site...
That's where you are wrong.
Especially in the case of IE, it's a fundamentally important issue.
You do realise, that for instance, JavaScript works differently in IE than in any more standard-based browsers?
They even call it JScript, so not even the name itself corresponds to JavaScript.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JScript I have no idea if your problems are related to JScript, they may well be, or maybe it's something completely different. But if the browser itself is built on non-standard things, whereas some other browsers try to be as standard as possible, you can expect to encounter problems that would not happen with those other browsers.
If you love IE, keep using. I still use Eudora for email, because I like it better than newer mail software.
But I realise that when companies send promotional emails with emoticons as characters, I am not able to see them because my choice of email client is outdated and can't show them.
It's not irrelevant that some software just isn't compatible with some things on the net.
