Yes I think the gog system is overloaded or something, the game is probably not in your library right now....
I don't know if everybody that redeem it will actually access the game...

There is a bug with BioShock Infinite codes. Several people are able to redeem the code with success but only the first one will be granted several hours later. I tried several codes on the net and it's the same issue each time. So depressing !
