So i ordered Baldurs Gate 3 in october of 2020. As of yet the free Delux Edition upgarde has not been added to my game when putting in a support ticket they are instantly marking them as solved and failing to even to look into the matter. Not a happy customer here on this end. Your support team seem to be skirting the issue and not try to actually help anyone with this problem. Could we please get an eta on when we might see a fix for this please

Well, kick yourself in the shins, it's a weekend. Come back Monday and maybe contact Larian in the meanwhilst.

Don't worry. That's just the result of testing a new support system. Your ticket is copied into the new system. You should have a confirmation to that effect in your e-mail inbox, with a different ticket number than the one that appears "Solved".
