Hi everyone!

I bought Baldur's Gate 3 this morning and have been trying to download it all day. The download goes fine up until it reaches 90.9%, at which point it immediately stops progressing. This has happened twice now and I'm not sure what's going on/how to fix it. Has this issue happened to anyone else for other downloads? What has worked for you?

GOG has technical issues with their CDN.

Some downloads can still be unstable after they did some fixes. Latest update about the technical issues:

You might try to download the offline installer files as an alternative.

I'm having this exact same problem, with the same game. I'm just going to try again later. Is yours working yet?

op the server is back up but overloaded... try cutting the download speed back to 10mb [or half your max, whatever is less]

also be aware the backup server is just as overloaded and if you install off line then you cann't add Galaxy over the top of it later

you can set a download limit by clicking the cog wheel icon top left of Galaxy, then goto settings and downloading, there will be a tick box for limiting bandwith you can set to mb or kb

I had thé same issue. Try doing what "ussnorway" is proposing, limite your download speed and restart the software. I did it and as temporary fix because of the server issues mentioned it seems to work. Just don't forget to take the limiter off.

Mine is stuck at 92% so it's still not fixed after 15 days?

I'm also stuck at 92%. Tried twice today to download. Both times stop at 92%

I just refunded my BG3 order from GOG because I can't download it.

Sorry GOG. I usually try to buy from you over Steam, but only if your stuff is working!!

Everyone who has that problem should do that, because otherwise GOG wo‘t know there are still problems.

OMG. "we will look at your request in 24 hours, and the refund might take 30 days?!?
