I am trying to buy some more games right now, but my payments keep getting declined.
The card I used I have used perfectly fine on this site before, even just last night.
I've also tried like 4 other cards and each one results in a decline saying it's an issue with my bank (it's not).
My card provider has confirmed this is not an issue with my card or bank, but an issue with GoG. I hope GoG resolves this soon. It has been messed up for a couple hours now.

I've been experiencing this problem for the last several DAYS. No card I use works, Even one I've used before to buy games. Trying to get a bunch on my wishlist before the sale ends and it's just not happening. My bank also says it's nothing on their end. :/

Yikes. I've opened a ticket to let them know their shit is fucked. I'm also trying to snag some deals right now but it looks like it may not be happening today and I'll have to wait for the next seasonal sale. :/
Using the scam site PayPal for payment method seems to work for now, luckily this time they didn't make me submit ID and verify my entire family tree with a sample from a blood sacrifice, but your mileage may vary.

Just be careful with PayPal, they are currently running a scam using their browser extension "Honey"
where they'll replace affiliate links with their own stealing people's commissions on sales.

I am aware of PayPal's theft (Honey, and also just closing random accounts and taking their money, like my own like 15 years ago), but also I want DRM-free gamez right now, and GoG's credit card processor and/or implementation is broken. :(

If they accepted Bitcoin or Litecoin or something that'd be so helpful in cases like these.

This is most probably a false-positive problem from GOG anti-fraud system, especially if you tend to use multiple card numbers from a same account.

Good thing you opened a ticket with GOG support, as this is probably the only way to unlock the ability to pay with your account. I got a similar problem a while ago, and it stayed like this a whole year until I managed to get a hold of GOG support and convinced them the problem was not on my banks (plural, I tried paying from multiple bank accounts) side.

Yeah I opened a ticket as well so hopefully they'll respond soon. I even tried buying the games one at a time (I heard that can occasionally work instead of filling the cart up) but it didn't.
It's really weird that they accepted our card before and now suddenly they don't.

Prior to my main card being declined repeatedly I never used other cards on the site, so I doubt it. It's an issue with GoG's credit card processor implementation. The same main card was also declined last night, but I retried changing literally nothing, and it went through fine, so I figured it was just a tiny bug in their site. Seems to be a much bigger bug now.

There seems to be people on Reddit experiencing the same problem over the past few days, in some cases with cards they've used on GoG before.

Bumping this since I still can't buy a single thing from GOG right now (multiple days now), missed all of the Christmas sales because of that, still waiting on a reply to my request for help, while also being bombarded by GOG emails telling me the "Christmas sale is almost over!" and " some of your wishlist is on sale!".
I have made a purchase today paying with paypal and no problem.

I'll second what argamasa suggested. If gog is rejecting your card and you don't have other cards, put some money into paypal or some other online source. That should counter any card problems.

If you don't want to bother with opening an online acct, since you're both in the US, try going to a walmart or other store and buy a prepaid card... maybe that card will work.

Andulos, try asking gog if they will let you buy games x y and z at their xmas sale prices. Doesn't hurt to ask.
