You need to tell the chatbot "other" right from the start, then click "Other" when asked what kind of problem you have. That skips to opening a support ticket. Alternatively, try e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com
Once you have a support ticket open, it can take some time to get a response. You can speed things up by providing proof of account ownership, like order receipts.
