well guess it will take at least 1-2 years if they will do any "good" . Not really keen on another launcher here though

timppu: Some Chinese companies seem to have skyrocketed also in the west, like that Alibaba or whatever it is. It is simply that they sell stuff so cheaply. I keep hearing these stories that you buy some cadget from Alibaba and it costs maybe 1€, including the delivery to your door... Heck, sign me in! Cheap cheap cheap, buy before you die! I am more accustomed to having to pay my arm and a leg for the "handling and delivery" to Finland alone, so I can't understand how Alibaba does it.

And then there are places like Amazon with their "delivery only to US/UK", ok then you don't get a customer from me in that case. F U, Amazon.
Sending a small parcel (like a DVD) to your home would cost me about 15€/20€ (with tracking number, and you would get it on a week or sooner).
International shipping is not cheap. Fuel, boat/plane/truck, workers, sorters, tracking, customs (Outside the EU)... That cost a lot. 15€ is only a tiny fraction of that.
On the other hand, I'm sure you know how Chinese labour works...
And free shipping means you'll have to wait a month to get it (If you ever get it, because it's unsigned).

Is it just me, or does the article linked in the OP read like an ad?
