today I brought the free game betrayer. i went to download the game and its not in my library. can someone help me find the game?

For future reference, if an item doesn't turn up in your library after let's say 4 hours, while logged into a web browser, open each of these links in a new tab, one at a time. Just let the first load fully, then move on to the next. There won't be a confirmation message or anything; just reload your library page afterwards and see if it helped.
