The UK remains in the EU while the Article 50 process runs and negotiations are only just due to start, so it would be weirdly hasty to close anything for Brexit-related reasons. According to their Wikipedia article this isn't the first time 7digital have closed something - they had an 'Indiestore' from 2006 to 2010 - so maybe it just wasn't profitable enough.
