Could you be talking about Chantelise - A tale of two sisters and Recettear? They were "lost" in the migration from Gog's administrative office from Cyprus to Warsaw. As in, legally speaking Warsaw Gog wasn't the same entity as Cyprus Gog and didn't have the authorization to sell any games the latter sold. They needed to sign new contracts with the rights owners, but some of them weren't contactable and their games simply had to be removed.

It's a pity because both games are very good. I really hope they come back for those who didn't have a chance to get them.

Looking at the Celestian Tales reviews and seeing that it was meant to be an episodic game, I went searching to find out what had happened to the series.

And discovered that according to https://store.steampowered.com/app/684700/Celestian_Tales_Realms_Beyond/ another one is due out next week. [Edit: delayed by another week.] At which point we'll find out whether it arrives on GOG, I suppose.

Further down the rabbit hole, I ended up at https://www.ekuatorgames.com/ and it's... curious. Some of that is just the unnatural English ('Talking about the fantasy games, the discussion would be incomplete without the mention of the Dungeons and the Dragons'), but they also have a page on slot machines ('Jackpots are often the reason why casino players play without a soul'). No blog posts since mid-2019 though.
