What's your definition of "well"? XD
I can't tell for sure as I don't have access to this model. I hope someone who has it can give you first hand information.
However, It looks like the game can run if you turn off ray-tracing and/or lower the resolution of the game.
From what I can tell, your main issue is that your GPU only has 4 GB of vram. :/ Even without ray tracing, it seems you need around 6 GB to pull off High settings. With ray tracing, requirements need a minimum of 6GB vram and can go up to 10 GB on high resolution monitors. You might need to stick to 1080p or less. I think the game should run but expect some framerate issues in high intensity situations like driving or combat. If things get too bad, you may have to switch graphics settings to low to improve playability. You'll also need to keep gpu/cpu from overheating or get power throttled too so make sure you have very good cooling on your computer and are not running on battery. If you notice the game sounds start to stutter a bit, you might be getting power throttled.
Ray tracing looks nice but is purely cosmetic. Mainly on realistic reflections on wet surfaces or mirrors. The game actually tries to improve performance by making mirrors require manual activation. And a lot of reflective surfaces out there aren't that reflective. If you look yourself in the mirror in the game and the picture is fuzzy or blurry, your ray-tracing is probably off but the rest of the game should still look pretty awesome.
Good luck. Let us know how it goes if you do try it.
