Iv ordered the Collectors Edition, so will get it on GOG Galaxy, will the achievements sync with Steam. Like they do with The Witcher 3?

And do i need to buy it twice?

If i unlock achievements on GOG and i eventually buy on Steam will they unlock there or will i need to play the game again?

I mainly play on steam, all my friends are there, iv mainly bought old Classic games on GOG
