I want to download the Offline installer but i see :

Set A : Cyberpunk 2077 (Part X of 28) - Hotfix 1.5
Set B : Patch (1.5 to Hotfix 1.5) Hotfix 1.5
Set C : Patch (1.31 to 1.5) 1.5
Set D : Patch (1.3 AVX to 1.31) 1.31
and file Patch (1.3 to 1.3 AVX) 1.3 AVX

Are there different versions?
What files must i download to play the latest version or a previous version?

Use Set A. That is the full installer for the current version.

The others sets are patch installers if you have that specific older version installed. But these patches require about 10 times storage space due to a bug. So I recommend always to use the full installer instead because it can also update any existing installation and you don't have to worry about the correct order or storage space.
