They are quite busy at the moment. I think they already refunded one wave of customers. More are coming. At least two million people asked for refunds, so it may take some time to process all.

I had technical issues with a completely different game and I have been waiting for their response quite some time now. I keep getting these "we are more busy than usual, please be patient" emails, but nothing else. I am not really mad since it's not that important game to me. I don't bother them more than this while they have this Cyberpunk 2077 return circus going on.

They are just very busy at the moment, but I am sure it'll come eventually.
