My game has randomly started having an issue where every 30 seconds or so the camera will flick in a different direction. It also will randomly switch weapons or throw a grenade without me doing anything. Any known solutions?

To me first would come to mind a controller issue and second a game issue.

Controller issue could be if its a remote contoller the battery or if its a cable attached controller that it is incompatible with aonther peripheral or that it ceases function dfue to a developing defect.

A third party software can also have that effect like a keyboard with keys you can bind scripts to.

Beyond that i would have no concrete idea...
