Outsiders: The point I saved the game is my reload point. I saved the game at this point to do all the endings. So I've gotten all the endings but if I do start over, I might use the CyberEngineTweaks console but does it just use mods or can you enter code for items? If you have an updated spreadsheet for items, etc., let me know.
If you referring to the new rewards as of patch 1.5 then no I don't know what they are.
As for the apartments. I have checked my PC in my H10 apartment and nothing is listed for an option to purchase them.
I think from the point I saved that the game will only allow me to finish the game and I'm sort of at a no-turning back point.
Got'cha. In that case, yes, I fear you are correct, that you are past the point where the rewards and new features will trigger. If you referring to the new rewards as of patch 1.5 then no I don't know what they are.

The DLCs in the 1.5 patch were the ability to change appearance in the apartment mirror, the new scopes and muzzles for weapons, and the ability to change the looks of your H10 apartment (the last part is also done from the EZEstates site on the apartment PC).
CyberEngineTweaks works pretty much like .NET Framework for Windows. It's a foundation code that mods and features build on to function. It also handly comes with a standalone developer console, though it needs to be activated before it can be used (you will be prompted on-screen to assign a console key).
Note that the console will not work with other screen overlays, like RivaTuner. The RivaTuner overlay feature will have to be fully disabled (simply turning the overlay off will not work) before launching the game.
I do indeed have a, to my knowledge, complete list of console commands (it is quite comprehensive...).
If you already have a working CyberEngineTweaks console, do you want codes for specifics, like the fixer rewards, or the whole thing?
The fixer rewards are 2 vehicles, a pretty good shotgun, a very good pistol, a sword, and a piece of cyberware that you probably already own.
