Some of you may have noticed but when you scan the water pipe in Dogtown's hideout it is actually a point of interest, with V commenting that they want to know where it takes water from.

Well, I have tried following it but all the endings lead into nowhere, and the pipe itself continues where V can't go.

What is that pipe for, why is V so interested in it, why does it keep appearing yellow when scanned, where does it go?

Does anyone have any ideas? I really wanna go to the bottom of it.

Lol, yes, was searching too a while. Parts of the pipe are a bit hidden and the pipe appears again at another corner. Check the hideout again with the scanner, you will find something to switch on =)

The water-pipe is for the shower.
