PC platform, GTX 1060 6BG, so your mileage may vary.

The game is very, VERY good.
Great stories, great world, decent gameplay (I am more of a stealthy player, I judge based on MGS games).

This game have bugs, yes. They need to be fixed, yes.
I eagerly wait for bugfixes and updates.

CDP response to the issues is not some corpo-bullsh*t.
"We failed, we are sorry. We wanted to release and we did it too soon. Sorry. We will try to repair what we can."

Keep up the good work, devs.

Peace.

My only complain is why did they not hold the game to 2021, too many platforms, the world is HUGE, use of new technologies, anyway.

PS: fuck the that flock of mentally ill doing death threats.

Pressure of the corpo-world. Holidays incoming, gamers are complaining that wait is too long. Two birds with one stone.

Ironic, given the theme of the game, right?

How is this different from any other corporate statement issued in cases like this? It's the same old song. "Oh, my bad. Just wait until we get this thing to actually work.".

The death threats probably didn't help.

They say they will have CP77 running much better after February. That's only two months from now. The game came out 5 days ago. Games like Anthem never reached good states and never delivered on promises. NMS took years to get to where it was promised. If CP77 fixes most of it's bugs in only two months, than it is very different from other games.

Execution and keeping their word.

Already released patches and bugfixes.
More are planned.

If you look at their past as a company, their word carry a lot more weight than simple corpo-bullshit.
You can check the recording below.

I agree with you.

But, I hope some users stop compare the launch of The Witcher 3 with Cyberpunk 2077, completely different results, Cyber requires serious polish.
All three Witcher games had bugs at lauch. First went through major overhaul.

They released a single patch that didn't fix a thing when it comes to performance.
I don't care for plans, I care for actions. Plans are meaningless.

I am well informed of their past as a company. And none of those games were in such an abysmal state. And their reputation have already taken a hit when they did nothing about the sorry technical state of the Russian localization of Witcher 3. So their word is as good to me as any other company's.

It was nowhere near as bad as this. Not even close.

Dude, really, if there is no difference check AAA bethseda or ubisoft games AFTER the patches.
There is a reason people make fun of bugs in their games.

I don't care for plans, I care for actions. Plans are meaningless.
That is not really a smart approach.

Good action right now is to wait.
They released CP77 too soon, and you would have to wait anyway.
Leave the planning to others.

Guess some people love complaining...

I spent a lot of hours in Assassin's Creed: Unity. Didn't have a single hitch.

I am waiting. But as I am doing this, I'm not about to have them grow complacent because people are overly forgiving and willing to shower them with hugs and kisses.

Like who, CDPR? The fact that we're having this conversation proves that they aren't very good at this.

No, I prefer playing games and enjoying them, but seeing as this is out of the question with Cyberpunk, I'll have to vent my frustrations here.

True.

The overhaul didn't really have anything to do with crashes though.
It was the attack timing stuff that was redone.

Same the gritty dark future the political news the corruption everyone is lying, The parody of all time politics and social the digs at those Silicon Valley clowns the digs at big pharma that whole piss take of reality TV comments and shard stories that go on about and rag on others digs at Valve and Rockstar...

"No Life 3" I was in laughing so hard after reading that shard...

And the constant mockery of the player in certain dialogues not the character.
Yup, there are some bugs, few games doesnt have them, love this game, think it's been years since I played a first person game but loving this one!
