There are no preorder bonuses. You'll receive all the goodies on release or after, no matter when you ordered the game.

I am referring to the Comic book, Wallpapers, Soundtrack etc (The standard digital edition bonus items along with the GOG.com additional items

Edit: I do now see that this is not linked to pre-orders in any way. just a general gift
