Hello everyone,

First of all: YES the game itself is working fine.
It is NOT about the game "NOT WORKING" or "WORKING".

Please don't reply the same b*ulls*it the "servicedesk" replied to me like:
- Reinstall DirectX (DirectX 12 in included into windows since... Windows 10... In 99,99999999% cases DirectX cannot be the root cause of the probleme otherwise ALL games uising DX12 would not run... end of story about DX12).
- Reinstalling the launcher: other games are launching fine... NOT THE ISSUE (the install I mean, the tool is clearly the worse launcher created just after Steam being number 1).
- Security... yeah of course... running an executable is clearly a matter of firewall, etc. when Windows (since... Windows 7 ?) ALWAYS ask if the user wants... network access... And without network access the game would not even be installed, so again, stop b*ullsh*t.

So, the only issue is that the Play button does something, as the CPU usage increase for GOG Galaxy EXE, but the game does not launch.

There is no error, nothing. Not even an EXE in Task Manager.

Again, the game itself is running fine if I use the EXE directly or any custom launch command.
The issue with that is the game does not make the link with GOG Galaxy and rewards cannot be obtained.

I guess both program are poorly programmed as if you want to run REDLauncher (from this kind of location : "K:\Cyberpunk 2077\REDprelauncher.exe") you must run it twice... Yeah... Running an EXE twice to launch a program... Make sense.

If I spam the Play button the CPU usage can even go to 25%... Without any reason...
My guess ? There is a loop somewhere in the code preventing the game to run... And of story...

But as CD Projekt will never know this kind of issue... It will never be fixed...

Hi for me helped this solution:

I was able to fix it for myself by going to
"C:\Users\ USERNAME \AppData\Local\Programs\CD Projekt Red\REDlauncher\unins000.exe"
using the uninstall exe and then opening the game again caused the launcher to reappear.
Have you tried runing the game .exe, Cyberpunk2077.exe, directly?

And GoG Galaxy, just like any other game client, sucks. That is nothing new.
Other option was for me to uninstal RedMOD then it didn't started REDLauncher and went directly to start game.

From what I've seen this may be a bug related to trying to update Cyberpunk to 2.0 before the GOG Galaxy app was updated. Try completely UNINSTALLING the game and REINSTALLING the game again, with everything fresh, to see if that helps.
