I have been playing on GoG and in the last month now Twice, the cyberpunk.exe file has been deleted from my system.

On Steam I have had issues with files becoming corrupt, but their verify files system actually works.

Why would this happen? and What is a solution?

Note: My antivirus has no logs of killing to file, and it is not in my system trash.

I am running on Windows 11, 3070 TI, 12th gen intel I5

Assuming your AV is Windows Defender, there should be logs of quarantined .exe's when you open the Defender dashboard.

If not, your Cyberpunk installation may have come from a less than savory source, i.e. being infected with malware. But which again your AV should notify you about.

Data corruption may be related to dying harddrives, but I haven't heard of cases which only deletes .exe files. Still, might be worthwhile to run a disk check like CrystalDiskInfo to be sure.

It could also be a Windows 11 thing. W11 isn't finished yet, and the reason why M$ forces their new OS down people's throats is to gather system information to improve system stability (or so they claim - they harvest MUCH more data than that).

Not the first time W11 deletes user files randomly.
