Hello All,

I don't know if the issue was already reported, but since there's no way to create ticket support with the chat bot, I'm trying my luck here.

I bought Cyberpunk 2077 via Gamivo in december 2020. The activation code was redeemed via GOG Galaxy, and worked without issues for almost two years.
A couple weeks ago, I tried to launch the game, but somehow the "play" button becomes and stays greyed and nothing happens.
I tried to check the game files, or even uninstall and reinstall the game, but the uninstall button is completely greyed (attached screenshots).

Anyone experienced this and have some insight?
Thank you in advance for your time and help.

If you already have the game installed, have you tried launching it locally / offline?
Go to your Cyberpunk 2077 install directory and find the main .exe.

Tried to uncheck the "custom executable / arguments" checkbox ?

Cyberpunk files do not exist on the computer anymore, and uninstall button is unavailable. :/

In that case, sounds like you bought yourself a fraudulent version of the game and had GoG Galaxy forcibly unisntall the game from your system. Time to buy a legal copy of the game.

Yes, it can take 2 years for a server to verify a stolen or otherwise illegally obtained CD-key.
And from what I find with a quick Google search, Gamivo does not inspire confidence...
