I've got a question regarding the Naskel Mines and some quest items in there.

1. How many samples of contaminated Iron Ore do I need?
2. How many bottles of mysterious liquid do I need?

I am thinking just 1 of each, but so many are dropping I'm wondering if I need to pick them all up.

if you have no mod named unfinished business installed you don´t need it at all.
it´s just for hte games lore. with the mod you get a small amount of dialogues.

and i´m not sure about that but in some forums it´s mentioned that the ore has a small chance of contaminating your equipment.

In an unmodded game, you can just leave them where you found them. Mods might add something that uses them, but I don't know enough about them to actually say if a specific mod would add a use for them or not.
