I've always been a thief fan in the BG series with the assassin being my favorite. I decided to try a solo game using an elven fighter/thief which, if you can believe it, have never tried in Baldur's Gate. I started this character in BG1 and I'm currently 1/2 way through BG2. All I gotta say is this character feels like the perfect assassin. He is a beast. Just started getting HLAs and being able to choose from both fighter and thief pools is just awesome. I've mainly played the assassin, which I totally dig, but man I can't get over how powerful this character is. Time stop traps mixed with GWW is just ridiculous. Anyways, sorry for the tangent. I'm just flabbergasted!
