I can't load almost all the maps in the game, I tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it with the firewalls off but nothing changes. I tried to do what is written in the FAQ but I was unable to solve the problem. I also tried to download the game on my computer but nothing, just load 2 or 3 maps and that's it. If you could help me you would really do me a great pleasure, thank you very much.
P.S. I'm non very good using the computer.

I'm not sure what do you mean by maps, because there are 2 types: 1) the local area map (when you press the second button from the top on the left side of the screen). 2) the world map with locations (you can access this when you leave the area, or while in the local area map screen, you press the globe icon).

What game version are you playing? The original, mods using BG2 engine (TuTu, or Trilogy mod), or Enhanced Edition?

First of all, thanks for your time, I'm playing Enhanced Edition, the map is the N'1, when I press the second button from the top on the left side of the screen. I can just go in 3 area, I can't even go to the friendly arm.

If I understood correctly, the issue is with the world map then. In order to access any new location for the first time (it doesn't matter if its shown on the map or not), you need to exit the area next to it to the direction of the new map. So in your case, to get to the Friendly Arm Inn you need to exit the area below it to the north.

I don't have Enhanced Edition, but I added 3 screenshots of the original game showing my party's position when I want to access Friendly Arm Inn for the first time.

Are you able to do that, or is there an issue still?
