heyo folks im wondering if anyone can help me with a problem in bg1,me and a friend downloaded bg1 and are playing in,we both got gog.com copies and installed everything works fine but we cannot play multiplayer it just says cannot connect no matter who tries to host.our next step was too download gameranger and try that and still no dice,it says no multiple logins allowed which reminded me of what a friend said to me,that gog games use the same code or something so multiplayer might have issues,im wondering if thats at all true and if so is there a way to get another code so i can play,its the only reason i bought the game again and ide very much like to play it any help would be greatly apreciated

No that's not the problem. All it means is that you're using the same GameRanger account on both computers, and it only allows you to be logged in once per account.

Uninstall GameRanger from one of the computers (and make sure you tick the box to also remove account settings), and then re-install it, and have your friend create a new account with his email address.

im sure we are using separate accounts because he created his and i created mine our thought was we are using the same multiplayer key for baldurs gate 1 any thoughts on that?
